After workout healing smoothie

One thing that I always do after working out is I make sure I drink a healthy smoothie packed with healing supplements & vitamins. Here is what I put in my smoothie. 

1 cup Kale, 1/2 cup frozen fruit, 2 tbsp sea moss, 1 tbsp black seed, I tbsp chia seeds. 

Kale, strawberry, mango, black seed, sea moss in a blender

Kale boosts the immune system, fruits also are high in ntioxidants giving a double dose of immunity, sea moss provides most of the minerals your body needs & clears mucus, black seed reduces inflammation and relax smooth muscles.
